    Akko Café is born from a passion for specialty coffee and Japanese tea. Inspired by the rich traditions of Japan and the dynamic café culture of Brussels, we set out to create a place where these two worlds come together in harmony. Blending simplicity, quiet serenity, and the convivial spirit.

  • The meaning behind "Akko"

    The name Akko is inspired by the kanji "aki" (晶), which comes from the name of founder Jane’s mother. This kanji symbolizes light coming together and shining brightly—an idea that resonates with our vision of creating a space where people gather, connect, and enjoy moments of warmth and brightness.

The coffee is sourced from OTARA KAVA and brewed with precision, the tea is carefully sourced from Japan and the food is made fresh in-house with local ingredients.
