Organic Matcha Premium is a high-quality first flush matcha harvested from young leaves grown in the Uji region of Kyoto, famous for its rich tea culture. While not classified as ceremonial grade, this matcha offers an excellent balance of vibrant green color, refined umami, and smooth texture, making it ideal for both everyday enjoyment and creative recipes.
The leaves are cultivated using traditional shaded-growing methods, which enhance sweetness and depth. After harvesting, they are carefully steamed, dried, and stone-ground to preserve their freshness and nutrients. This matcha blends beautifully with milk or plant-based alternatives, and works wonderfully in both hot and cold preparations.

Brewing Instructions (Usucha - Thin Matcha)
- Sift 2g of matcha (1.5 chashaku scoops or 1 teaspoon).
- Add 60ml of water at 80°C (176°F).
- Whisk briskly for 15 seconds using a chasen (bamboo whisk).

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from light and odors. Keep refrigerated after opening to maintain freshness and flavor.
